6 Online Visa Application Form (with one recent passport photograph attached)

7 Documentary evidence of online payment

8 Possession of return air tickets / itinerary

9 Evidence of hotel reservation / accomodation

Business Visa Requirements :

TWP (Temporary Work Permit) Requirements :

39 Online visa Payment slip with one recent passport photograph (2 copies)

40 Online visa application Form

41 Possession of air ticket

42 Two copies of completed STR forms with with recent photos attached.

43 Notarized educational qualification or professional qualification

44 Notarized health certificate including HIV/AIDS Test page
